About

Welcome! I’m Alexa.
I became a therapist because of my own mental health journey. Much of what I bring to my work as a clinician stems from my experiences as a client. I truly believe that my personal struggles have given me a deeper understanding and empathy for human suffering. This allows me to create a therapeutic space where you feel deeply seen, heard, and understood. After all, the foundation of effective therapy is a relationship built on connection and trust.

Approach
What does this look like?
- We co-create a sacred space—a place where you can show up as your authentic self. This is where we can explore all the parts of you, especially the parts you may have been hiding, even from yourself.
- We work from a place of humility, curiosity, and openness. We'll listen, ask questions, and share observations—all in a way that invites reflection and personal growth.
- We'll challenge you, but always at your pace. And if anything we offer doesn’t sit right with you, we'll create space for you to share that with us. Your feedback is essential to the process.
Together, We Heal Deeply
A unique aspect of our work involves integrating a deep understanding of how our early life experiences, starting even in the womb, shape us both psychologically and physiologically. We focus on helping you heal and integrate your inner child, fostering a compassionate and empowered relationship with yourself.
