Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all situation.
  • If you're looking for practical solutions and concrete coping skills, we can use structured  problem solving approaches and tools from CBT and DBT to shift unhelpful thought  patterns and manage stress or emotional reactions.
  • Need something deeper? We can explore those long-buried patterns from the past that  still affect you today with psychodynamic and relational therapy, allowing you to break  free from the roots of your struggles.

No matter what path we take, the goal is the same: change. We’ll find the approach that works for you—tailored to your needs, your relationships, your life, and your specific journey.

Your First Session

No prep needed; just come as you are. In our first session, we’ll ask about what brought you here, what you want to get out of this process, and what challenges have been keeping you stuck. You can expect an open, judgment-free space to be completely honest and explore what’s holding you back.

Session Length and Frequency

Sessions are 50 minutes long, though 90-minute sessions are available if you’re looking for more time and space to go deeper. While the frequency is always your choice, we typically recommend starting with weekly sessions to build momentum and stay connected to the work. From there, we’ll collaborate on what pace feels right for you.
