I believe that we, as clinicians, don’t just sit outside of our clients' relational dynamics; we participate in them.
Our work will engage deeply with key therapeutic elements like transference, countertransference, enactments, and parallel process—not as abstract concepts, but as lived, breathing moments in your clinical practice. This approach allows us to unearth the deeper meanings beneath your work with clients and deepen your therapeutic presence.
I believe that supervision should feel safe, grounding, and intellectually engaging. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches—I meet you where you are and invite your full presence into the room. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, hold nuance with you, and help you sharpen your instincts— while honoring your unique clinical voice.
Together, we’ll navigate complexity, celebrate growth, and stay connected to why you do this work in the first place.
